First go to your own igloo then click the EDIT button but dont edit anything. Then click your penguin and go to the HQ then go to another persons igloo and you should be able to decorate their igloo.

I have a Christmas/Hannukah/New Year present. Well on Club Penguin this hole week will be Event Week. Event Week will have a bunch of events that I have created. Here are some events I will have.
